Use of Caloritics constitutes absolute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Service Description

Caloritics provides fast AI-generated estimates of calories and macronutrients strictly based on the text or image provided by the user.

No Account Requirement

The app is built to work without login registration. Goals, meal logs, weight logs, and manual export/import files are managed locally on your device, while network access is used for AI processing, security, usage limits, ads where enabled, and subscription verification.

AI Accuracy Disclaimer

• Results generated are estimates only
• AI accuracy heavily depends on the provided input quality
• There is absolutely no guarantee of precise or strictly exact correctness.

No Medical Advice

Caloritics purely functions as an automated tracking tool and absolutely does not provide any form of medical or dietary advice. It is simply not an acceptable substitute for verified professional dietary consultation.

User Responsibility

Users hold final responsibility for any nutritional decisions made strictly based on the outcomes and data generated directly via the application.

Premium Subscription

Premium features include image-based food analysis tools alongside an ad-free user experience. Payments are securely handled directly by external platform providers (Google Play or Apple App Store). Caloritics strictly does not process, handle, nor retain any raw payment or billing data directly on our servers.

Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Google Play or Apple App Store based on your device platform. You can cancel at any time from your store subscription settings. Access to paid features generally remains available until the end of the current billing period unless revoked by the store. Refund requests are reviewed and decided by the respective store under their own refund policies; Caloritics cannot directly approve or deny store-level refunds.

Third-Party Services

AI features rely on Caloritics servers and external AI providers. Text descriptions and meal images may be transmitted for processing. Caloritics does not store raw meal images or long-term personal meal content, but may store non-content operational metadata such as request mode, success status, error category, model/token usage, tier, and estimated cost. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Limitation of Liability

Caloritics assumes zero liability for nutritional inaccuracies, personal health outcomes, or external third-party data handling standards regarding models executed in production.

Service Availability

There remains absolutely no explicit guarantee of strictly completely uninterrupted service. Certain functions, APIs, interface properties or application mechanics may change directly or be permanently discontinued at any time without further warning typically based solely upon API ecosystem revisions.

Termination

Users retain the permanent authority to instantly and securely terminate use of the app at any given time directly through standard app uninstallation methodologies, wiping all locally stored data.

Governing Principles

These Terms apply globally. Local laws may also apply depending on jurisdiction.

Terms may change over time. Continued use implies acceptance.
